§ 7.5-10. Enforcement authority.

The Greenwood Cemetery Board shall be recognized as an official body of the City of Wildwood with the authority to enforce rules and regulations with regard to the use and maintenance of the Greenwood Cemetery, and to require payment of maintenance fees. The Greenwood Cemetery Board shall recommend any necessary rules and regulations to the city commission and the city commission shall enact such rules and regulations which it deems appropriate based upon the recommendations of the Greenwood Cemetery Board and other relevant information. Said rules and regulations shall become effective upon adoption by resolution of the city commission.
