§ 19-434. Attorney's fees and costs.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be punished as provided herein as provided in this article, and shall also be responsible for reimbursing the city attorney's fees and costs incurred correcting the violation. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day during which a violation, disobedience, omission, neglect or refusal shall continue.
