§ 19-433. Entry into private property.

In emergency situations where immediate action is necessary to protect the public health, safety and welfare and, for purposes of discharging the duties imposed by this section, designated enforcement officers are empowered to enter without authority of any court of competent jurisdiction upon any private property, except Any dwelling house, structure, or fenced enclosure. The designated enforcement officer shall be immune from prosecution for reasonable, good faith trespass upon private property.
