§ 19-371. Cessation of individual water supply and sewer system.
Latest version.
All owners of individual water supply and sewage systems shall cease using the same
for the purpose of domestic water supply and sewage disposal immediately upon the
connection to the municipal owned water and sewer supply system, water system, sewer
system or other system, as required by section 19-370 and shall utilize the municipal owned water supply system as the exclusive source
for domestic water. The city through its authorized agents shall have the right to
periodically enter the property to inspect, for problems which affect the integrity
of the system or the provision of quality service by the city after giving owner notice
of its intent to inspect. Individual water supply systems may be used only for irrigation
purposes subsequent to connection to the municipal owned water supply system.
