§ 19-56. Water and wastewater reserves.

Water and wastewater reserves are finite and limited. Due to the extensive growth in the utility area, unsold capacities shall be reserved for citizens of the City of Wildwood and persons or entities who are either annexing in the city or execute pre-annexation agreements.
