§ 19-1. Procedure for delinquents of record.

(a)

Consumers of city utility services with a delinquent balance shall sign an agreement to make monthly payments. This payment shall be at least ten percent of the delinquent balance but shall not be less than $25.00.

(b)

If the monthly payment is not made, service shall be discontinued until such time as the entire balance is paid, plus reconnection fees and/or service charges.
