§ 14-3. Developers to reimburse the city for engineering fees and costs.

If the city is required to expend funds to engineers for fees or costs in the review of any planned development within the city, the city shall be reimbursed by developer for such services including, but not limited to, plan review, site inspections/visits, design, consultations and any other engineering services as necessary.
