§ 11-152. Use of vehicles for prostitution or other immoral purposes.

  • It shall be unlawful for the driver of a taxicab operated in the city to permit any person to occupy or use such taxicab for the purpose of prostitution, lewdness, or assignation, or to direct, take, or transport, or to offer or agree to direct, take, or transport, any other person with knowledge or reasonable cause to believe that the purpose of such directing, taking or transporting is for the purpose of prostitution, lewdness, or assignation. The use of any taxicab for such immoral purpose, whether such use is within or without the city limits of the city, shall be grounds for the suspension or revocation of the driver's permit of the driver of such taxicab.
