§ 11-151. Same—Not prohibitive to property owners, persons engaged in loading, unloading freight.

This article shall not be construed to prohibit abutting owners of property fronting or bordering upon any streets, alleys or avenues or employees from having reasonable means of ingress and egress between their property or places of business upon the public streets, for the purpose of loading or unloading property or carrying of freight thereto or therefrom.
