§ 11-6. License year; half-year licenses.

Latest version.

The license year of the city shall begin on October 1 and end on September 30 each year, on which latter date all licenses shall expire. No license shall be issued for more than one year nor less than one year prior to April 1 of any year, after which date a license for six months may be issued for one-half of the amount of the annual license.
