§ 11-5. Transfer of license; fees.

All business licenses may be transferred to a new owner when there is a bona fide sale of the business upon payment of a transfer fee and presentation of evidence of the sale and the original license; upon written request and presentation of the original license, any license may be transferred from one location to another location in the city upon payment of a transfer fee. The amount of the transfer fees shall be set by the city commission by resolution.
