§ 7.5-4. Transferability.

Rights of interment issued hereunder are nontransferable. However, any person owning a right of interment who desires to dispose of the right of interment may return the right of interment to the city whereupon the right of interment will be canceled and the city will refund the original purchase price of the right of interment.
