§ 2-141. Definitions.

Code means any of the several chapters of the city's Code or its ordinances on zoning and development regulations or any other codes or technical codes of the city.

Code enforcement officer means any designated employee or agent of a municipality whose duty is to enforce codes and ordinances enacted by the county or municipality.
