§ 2-130. Powers of special master.

The special master shall have the power to:
(1)

Subpoena alleged violators and witnesses to his hearings. Subpoenas may be served by the police department of the city.

(2)

Subpoena evidence to his hearings.

(3)

Take testimony under oath.

(4)

Issue orders having the force of law commanding whatever steps are necessary to bring the violation into compliance.
