§ 19-374. Enforcement.

(a)

If any individual fails to connect within the 120 days provided for in this division, the city shall have the right to file an action in circuit court to require connection upon a showing that services are available as provided in this division.

(b)

If any individual fails to pay user fees or connection fees, the city has the right to seek the sums that are due in a court of law or, in the alternative, to discontinue service until such sums are paid including the reasonable cost of reconnection.

(c)

In any action to seek connection or to recover for failure to pay monthly user fees or connection fees the city shall be entitled to an award of attorney's fees and costs.
