§ 19-43.2. Outside of city users.

Users outside of the city limits shall pay a surcharge of 25 percent of the connection fee charged to users inside the city, except that the city may excuse payment of the surcharge upon agreement by the user that the property which is being assessed shall annex into the city when possible and that such agreement shall be recorded in the public records of Sumter County.
