§ 19-36. Septic tank.

Latest version.

No septic tank other than those approved by the environmental health division of the state department of health and rehabilitative services shall be constructed within the corporate limits of the city. No septic tank shall be constructed to serve property located within 1,000 feet of the city sewer line.
