§ 13-14. Same—Approaching highway crossing.

  • Any railroad train approaching within 1,500 feet of a public railroad-highway grade crossing shall emit a signal audible for such distance. Any railroad company, or its agents or employees, that shall neglect or refuse to comply with any of the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided by section 1-7.
