§ 12-1. Definitions.

(a)

The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall for the purpose of this chapter have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section.

Alley means a right-of-way, usually narrow, passing between the rear of buildings or lots.

(b)

The provisions of F.S. § 316.003 shall apply to this chapter.
