§ 11-473. False statement in application for license.

It shall be unlawful for any person applying for an adult entertainment license pursuant to division 2 of this article to make a false statement or provide false information which is intended to facilitate the issuance of a license on the application required by section 11-382, to provide false information in the reports required by section 11-431, or to falsify the records required by section 11-435.
