§ 11-248. Exception as to carriers and warehousemen, etc.

  • Nothing in this article shall be construed to apply to any common carrier or public warehouseman selling unclaimed or undelivered freight or goods where the same is held for freight or storage charges, nor shall it apply to any sale made under the laws of the United States, the state, or the city, requiring any property to be sold at public auction.
