§ 11-143. Rates; posting required.

Every person operating or driving a taxicab or other public vehicle for the carriage of passengers for hire within the city shall have printed upon a suitable card the rate of fares charged and shall have such cards conspicuously posted in any taxicab or other vehicle for hire.
