§ 11-2. License required to engage in business, profession, etc.; issuance.

No person shall engage in or manage any business, profession or occupation mentioned in this chapter within the city until after a license shall have been procured from the city clerk, which license shall be issued to each person on receipt of the amount hereinafter provided, paid to the city clerk, who shall issue all licenses.
